We booked this trip/experiance hoping to shoot guns outside and have fun..... What we got was a whole lot more. You get picked up at a stated time at your hotel, then off to the range. It's about an hour drive away from the strip in a nice A/C van, and the guy who picked us up (Johnathan) was awesome. Very very knowledgeable in all aspects of Vegas and surrounding areas. You stop of at the Hoover Dam, well close to it, it's the memorial bridge the over looks the Dam. A great photo opportunity. You get roughly 25 mins here. The to the range. It's in the middle of the desert, as you pull up you'll see a huge monster truck that looks like a limousine on steroids, well.... You get to go on it as part of your package, off road, about a 5 min ride but we loved it. Then you shoot, I did the gold package, my wife the copper package, choice of hand guns, sub machine, rifles and sniper rifles. I did glock, mp5, AK47, saw and Barrett .50 cal.... Very relaxed but safe and so much fun, what a rush!!! Even got my spent casing as a souviner for free! Next is the burger and drink, probably one of the best burgers I've had for ages, very friendly staff and environment. Would massively recommend doing this. Our day was made so much better by Johnathan and his efforts. Thanks You won't regret doing it.

Don't waste your time or money doing the quad bike experience unless you're after a 1st gear putt through the dessert. Talk about annoying, being hurried up one minute, then told off for going too fast the next!! Then being accused of 'HOT DOGGING' and threatened that you will be kicked off the quad bike. Too much power tripping from the tour guides for my liking.

Rick was our range master for the afternoon. He picked us up from our hotel and we went straight to the outdoor shooting range. This was such a good afternoon shooting these powerful weapons. Great burgers at the diner then onto see the hoover dam. Rick has lots of experience with the weapons and also a long family history about the hoover dam. A must do trip!

Started the day with Rick for the guns and the Hoover dam who has clearly got a lot of experience with firearms and also has a massive knowledge of Las Vegas. Then passed over to Jonathan for a great ATV experience. Then over to the pilot Mat for the Grand Canyon helicopter flight which was amazing. Then to finish an amazing day we got back in the helicopter back to Vegas and then a limo ride home. These 2 was not part of our package so for free. Overall a very well organised and great day from start to finish. Highly recommend.
